Walkthrough

  1. Take the job from Simeon

    At Premium Deluxe Motorsport, Simeon sends Franklin to repossess a yellow SUV from the De Santa family's house over an unpaid loan.

  2. Get into the De Santa grounds

    Drive to the house in Rockford Hills and climb the gate to get onto the property.

  3. Take down the gardener

    Crouch into stealth mode and approach the gardener working in the yard from behind, then perform a stealth takedown instead of drawing a weapon or fighting him openly.

    Tip This is the only chance at the Dirt Nap requirement — it only counts if he's taken down from stealth while still unaware of you.

  4. Climb onto the roof and get inside

    Use the vehicle parked at the side of the house to reach the roof, then slip in through the small upstairs window and keep moving in stealth.

    Warning The house isn't empty — staying unseen from the family inside matters here too. Getting spotted doesn't necessarily fail the mission outright, but the resulting commotion costs time you don't have against the 05:00 clock.

  5. Sneak to the garage and take the SUV

    Move through the house in stealth to the garage and get into the yellow SUV parked inside.

  6. Head back toward the dealership

    Start driving the SUV back toward Premium Deluxe Motorsport. Partway there, Michael wakes up in the back seat and takes over at gunpoint.

    Note This is Michael's first appearance in Franklin's story — from here, he's giving the directions, not Franklin.

  7. Crash through the showroom window

    Follow Michael's instructions and drive the SUV straight through the window at Premium Deluxe Motorsport.

  8. Finish the fight with Simeon

    Michael goes after Simeon inside the dealership. Keep swinging without pausing between hits so Simeon never gets an opening to hit back.

    Tip Can't Touch This just means landing the first punch and not letting up — hesitating to block or reposition is what usually costs it.

    Complete the mission within 05:00.

  • Can't Touch This

    Take no damage during the fight with Simeon.

  • Dirt Nap

    Knock out the gardener with a stealth takedown.

Watch out for

  • Go straight for the gardener and the roof-access vehicle — wandering the yard risks being spotted before you're even inside, and Dirt Nap only works while he's still unaware.
  • Only a stealth takedown from behind counts for Dirt Nap — shooting or fistfighting the gardener costs that requirement even if he ends up down.
  • Keep attacking through the whole fight with Simeon — pausing to block or reposition gives him a window to land a hit and costs Can't Touch This immediately.
  • Skip dialogue where you can and head straight for the truck-to-roof route — the 05:00 clock is tighter than it looks once the stealth section and the drive back are both factored in.
