Find the truck
The garbage truck circles a route through Mirror Park, Le Mesa, and East Vinewood. Track it down and take it.
Warning Taking the truck triggers a two-star wanted level. Losing the police carefully matters more than losing them fast, since Undented fails on any real damage.
Deliver it to the FIB lot
Drive the Trashmaster to the FIB's lot in El Burro Heights.
Tip In The Dust just needs the Trashmaster at top speed once. Franklin's special ability on a straight stretch is the easiest way to reach it in a truck this slow.
